McGucken Park is in need of a Basketball President for the upcoming 2011 season (this is a volunteer position).  Responsibilities include:

1. Serve as Director for the entire league basketball program
2. Recommend managers and coaches to the Executive Board for approval
3. Verify through review of birth records and residential locations to confirm that all players are elligible
4. Conduct registration and establish and prepare schedules for season games
5. Appoint assistants as necessary to implement and carry out the basketball program
6. Solicit assistance from the Ways and Means Committee as necessary in establishing seasonal budgets
7. Follow safety and equipment guidelines
8. Submit final report and budget review
